Hello and sorry if this is a repetitive thread. Since I'll be going to college, programming to be specific, I need to get a laptop.

I don't want anything too fancy, just enough to run a few most popular games on low-to-mid quality and work with any programming platform without any problems.

My budget would be around 300-400 euros, so as I said, I don't expect to get anything too good.

I'm looking forward to your feedback and will take any tips and questions!

I don't think they have ryzen laptops yet, so you'd want something with an i5 or i7. Don't get a gaming laptop because they're too big and heavy to carry around campus.

Integrated graphics is enough for most games for low to mid quality.

I would see what your college is selling. For reference, this is what Clemson recommends: https://ccit.clemson.edu/support/current-students/laptops/recommended-laptops/
