Laptop freezes after startup

I have a lenovo Z 51 with 8gb ram, 4gb amd radeon R9 M375 graphic card. Its only a year old laptop. So it started whn i ws playing wwe2k18 and the screen froze. No keys wer functional so used the hard boot. After restart all game wer not working. Games crashed and a dialog box said - gpu will not respond to more common..... So i uninstalled the amd software and reinstalled the latest one. Now my pc started freezing more often. I had to hard boot eveytime. Thn i reseted my laptop. Bt the problem is still there. What problem is it?? Any help will be appreciated. Also i installed a new motherboard 6 months ago.

What is the new Motherboard you installed, and also other specs of your computer.

Windows 10
Intel(R) core(TM) i7-5500 CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz
8 Gb ram
64 bit operating system, x 64- based processor

Last time, there was a GPU issue so i had to replace my motherboard. The company replaced it.

Okay, can you download HWMonitor and see if your motherboard shows up and is the problem persistent when ever oyu're just browsing or only underload?

But after disabling Amd radeon in device manager the laptop doesn't freezes

Well does the problem happen when ever you are playing or randomly when ever you are not playing as well?

This came in dailog box when my game crashed-The GPU will not respond to more command, most likely because some other application submitted invalid commands. The calling application should re-create the device and continue." and after thi the laptop will freeze. There are no BSOD as of now.

Does it only happen with this game?, or other games aswell

Laptop freezes after startup, but the gpu error dialog box occurred only during the gaming.

Does it freeze and become pixelated, or just freezes and you have to force restart the computer?

It just freezing, nothing unusual happens in the screen.

That sounds like something is happening with the card, but not too sure you said you had to send it in before, maybe they didn't replace your card at the time, and only your mother board, or it could be the powerblock, did you try keep the laptop plugged into the charger the whole time while you're on it?, and tell me if that fixes it.

The gpu is inbuit with the motherboard in my laptop. And yes i plug in my charger while gaming for better performance.
