Question Laptop freezes after Windows startup and screen blinks to black with light touch

When I run May laptop it just run very normally but after windows stars I can't do any thing like it's freezing but it's not freezed and When I hit it very lightly with my finger the screen blink to black and we I do it again it completely stops what is the problem here

Unfortunately yes, because I just put it away and I just forgot about it because I was busy, few days ago I need it then I remembered that I didn't fix it .
In addition I went to PC to fix it store he just tell me that he will reinstall windows but I refused because I can do it myself

first install a fresh os on the ssd
then, if the hdd not yet failed. get a external dock
