Hello, Th community!

I decided to give a new life to one of my old laptops (the model is Acer Aspire 5730z) by replacing the old 5400 RPM HDD with a new SSD. I saw many posts on the internet where people bought SSDs to refresh laptops even older and less potent than this model, so i decided to do this, too.

Okay, now let me explain the problem:
1) Before i swapped the HDD, i could enter BIOS setup and change settings.
2) After i swapped the HDD with the SSD, BIOS setup freezes after i entered it, but else, it boots normally to the 1st boot device, the LAN boot.
3) Nothing changes comparing to point 2) if i don't plug in either the HDD or the SSD.
4) If i plug in the old HDD back, the BIOS setup still freezes if i enter it, but else, the 1st boot device is the HDD and boots Windows 10 flawlessly.

This situation is weird and i have no idea about what is wrong with my laptop. Can someone help me?

P.S.: I cleared the CMOS by removing the battery for 5 minutes while the power cord was unplugged and i flashed the BIOS too, to the latest version (v 1.05 iirc).
