Question Laptop freezes, screen flickers and blacks out ?

Hello everyone,

I am using MSI Katana GF66 12UCOK laptop which I bought 3 weeks ago.
It often blacks out , flickers and laptop freezes, but it's still running as the keyboard lights are still on.
I already tried to reformat the laptop but these problems still occur.So are there any ways to solve?

I'd start by checking to see if the laptop is pending any BIOS updates. If your laptop doesn't have BIOS updates pending, check to see if your OS is pending an update. Following that, use DDU to remove all GPU drivers, then manually reinstall the latest GPU drivers sourced from Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I already tried it before and reformat the laptop. Then when it freeze ,I pressed ctrl+alt +delete but nothing worked. At last i can only forced shutdown. This causes the laptop to show fix and repair drive .
