Laptop Full Screen Problem in games

I have Compaq Armada 110 and i have small screen in all games (MS-DOS and old Windows games). How to change to full screen? I have Windows 98.

... Wow. You should probably upgrade to a modern computer and a modern OS.

But if I remember right (this is 20-year old memories), you can switch a DOS app to full screen with alt+enter. I don't think you can resize Windows programs. You have to find an option in the game to run it in full screen mode instead of in windowed mode. Although some games may use alt+enter as a shortcut for that function.

I have small screen even in Windows on 640x480 or 800x600 resolution. Only 1024x768 works in full screen.
