Question Laptop function keys

I recently got this new laptop, mainly using it for school. I formatted it because I don't want that pre-installed stuff but since then my F Function keys aren't working. For example, My F4 Mute button or F8 camera. I even went into bios to see if I can change it somewhere but I only disabled function keys and still doesn't work. Then I went in the sound settings. The mic is on the whole time and I cannot turn it off even when I try to mute it from the Microphone Properties.
How can I fix this?

My laptop is the Lenovo idea pad L340-15API

I did download the drivers but it seems not all of them. I'll try to look for them and update you when I've done t.

Well, I downloaded all the drivers I could find but it still doesn't work.

I downloaded and installed it but still nothing

goto lenovo site download media for your laptop reinstall with windows supplied by lenovo there is no reason to do a clean install of windows it doesnt have the driver support i own this laptop too if you need any help just ask.
