laptop games crashing and laptop

my games on a gaming laptop freeze every 10 or so seconds and sometimes they crash but when they crash i cant even watch videos on youtube or restart the game

There are a few things you could check to troubleshoot your PC.

first of all. Have you downloaded something recently that has affected you computer in any way? have you checked for Virus with a decent Anti-virus program? if yes and no, then I would suggest installing 360 total security or avast/avg and run a scan to check if it could be due to malicious software.

You could try to Update your driver from Nvidia/AMD, as some of the older drivers can have a few problems. Make sure to do a clean install since it could also simply be a corrupt driver, causing problems.

I would also like to hear from you about what model and brand you Laptop is if my suggestions didn't fix it.

My laptop is acer aspire V 17 nitro black edition ... and antiviruses dont detected any malicious programs

Specs: gtx 960m
i7hq6700 2.6 ghz
