laptop get insanely slow boot up when running in battery

i've been wondering why my laptop got really slow recently if i start it with battery as the power source, i already disabling bunch of unnecessary services but it doesn't help much. it got a lot of data and i know that will slow the laptop as my laptop only using hard drive. even though it is a bit slow in terms of booting up, when booting up with battery power, the boot up time can literally took like 5-10x longer compared to booting up with the laptop plugged. usually when its plugged to power source it only took less than 50s to boot up to lock screen and only take like 10-20s to be responsive, also i got peripherals and an external display plugged in when using it at home, but not on the go, i only got mouse plugged usually. cpu clock is running in it max turbo clock and other stuff pretty much the same as like if it were plugged to power outlet. can someone please help me solve my problem with this boot up problem or maybe explain something about this? any help is

But there may be a reason it is insanely slow, like thermal throttling. If the fan inside on your processor isn't blowing well, or the fan on your graphics card isn't blowing well, the CPU will throttle down so it doesn't burn up.

Try forcing the CPU to run full speed in software, but feel your case. If it is getting really hot you'll need to get your laptop repaired.

some or all of your power settings may have been reset due to secret windows updates.

check your power settings on battery match those of plugged in.

your battery may need a power cycle if you have not drained it in over 6 months? (thats run on power to ~10%, then recharged back to full whilst off). - note that power saving mode may kick in at 15%

oh yeah, just checked the power settings, it changed by itself. my laptop doesn't have any throttling problem, the cpu run really efficient, even there is no fan sound coming to my ears, after like 30 min of usage it will usually start to kick in, when the cpu reach about 50 celsius. thank you for your help
