Question laptop gets BSOD

why does my laptop get bsod everytime i plug in the charger or the battery gets to 15 percent?


my friend has a ASUS X441URK laptop and he cant use it plugged in because it always gets bsods when he charges it.(also happens when battery is critically low)does this have something to do with the asus charging tool,the windows install or a driver?(ps the battery was replaced last year because the old one was dying)

no,it happened before with the og battery

Could be a fault with the charger or an internal fault in the laptop. Having it checked out at a laptop repair shop might shed some light on why it's doing that.
