Question Laptop gives inconsistent FPS and GPU memory clock ?

Hi, i recently bought a second hand ROG Zephyrus G15 laptop off ebay. The description didn't mention any performance issues the only downside was the screen scratches which didn't bother me. When the laptop arrived, it had fresh windows reinstall and after installing drivers I went and ran heaven benchmark. I tried both performance and turbo mode and regardless the benchmark kept going from 180-50 FPS continuously, same with the memory clock.

I can confirm it performs equally bad on Witcher 3 and Time Spy too. When I messaged the seller he implied he never had such performance issues.

Would anyone know the cause of this?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals.

What games do you play? Source?

Overheating most likely, try to clean out the coolers and fans
