Question Laptop GPU could only pull 30% max TDP ?

I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop, everything seems to be normal until one day the GPU could only pull about 20W plugged-in or unplugged. I decided to check the sensors from GPU-Z and I found out from the perfcap it says the laptop is limited by power and temperature. Thing is, the temperature was perfectly fine, the GPU is hovering around 60c-70c degrees while gaming/testing. I checked the advanced tab and I see the current power limit suddenly changed from 100% to 2863311.5%. Every time I try to reset it, it would go back to that number

I try to play games with it, it seems to be just fine, no artifacts or anything in-game, it's just that the GPU could only draw 20W regardless if i'm plugged in to a power outlet or not.

Any tips on what should i do?

On Lenovo Legion 5 Pro with RTX 3050 Ti the same thing. This has been happening to me since December 2022, after one of the Nvidia driver updates I think
