Hello, my laptop was running excellent, until motherboard broke, then I replace it, but Nvidia GPU Came with 1GB of Vram instead of 2, and laptop become extremely slow, games runs at quarter fps it used to, and some even unplayable, i noticed, that even integrated GPU runs games at better framerates, I downloaded Nvidia Inspector and noticed that nvidia's GPU clock are only 51mhz clock speed and 135mhz memory, it used to be 672 and 900 mhz, i tried overclocking, undercloking, however it didn't work.
I am hoping someone can help me, any kind of help will be heavy appreciated.

Laptops use less power when running on battery. This means that while you run on battery, it will run slower. You can change this in the power settings but be aware that running full tilt on a battery will cause it to wear out faster. If you're having this issue while it's plugged in...
Use a can of compressed air to clean out the dust on your laptop's heatsink. It could be throttling due to excess heat, especially on an older laptop that could be clogged with dust.

"until motherboard broke, then I replace it"
Did you update the BIOS/UEFI?
