Question Laptop GPU seems to be broken

Specs
MSI GP76
RTX 3070

Laptop functions normally but doesn't use RTX 3070 GPU. In device manager the GPU shows a yellow triangle (shows error code 43), and laptop GPU side fan doesn't spin.

I've already tried a lot of tutorials and read forums but it seems to not fix my issue. It might be a hardware issue. I still have hope and am willing to try anything to get my GPU to work.
Would really appreciate any help.

If the gpu fans are not spinning, then it is probably dead. You say you have tried many tutorials, main one would be to uninstall the 3070 in device manager and restart the laptop. The 3070 should reinstall itself. If it doesn't work after restart, then it is probably dead.
