Laptop GPU Upgrade

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 with a dedicated Nvidia GeForce 920M GPU but I was wondering if there was any way to upgrade it further to get better gaming performance. If any body can drop some knowledge bombs all over this or relay some relevant experiences that would be very helpful and much appreciated.

It would not be economically viable to upgrade the graphics on a laptop...I'm not even sure if it is possible for the Inspiron 15 5000's. You should consider a desktop machine if you intend to game. Laptops, by design, are for mobility use and not best suited to gaming.
