Laptop Graphic Upgrade

Hey guys I was just wondering if it is possible to upgrade my computer's graphic's card to something of higher power. I'm more interested in Nvidia graphic cards and if possible could you please list me a few GTX's that could fit in my laptop.(My dad has done 15 years of mechanics so I hope that helps)

short answer no. Very few laptops can be upgraded. they do not have cards but chips that are soldered on the motherboard.
