Laptop Graphics Card Upgrade

Hello
I have an HP Pavilion dm4 with Intel HD Graphics Family graphics card (chipset).
I was thinking about upgrading it to be able to play some games and improve overall performance. What type of graphics card will I be able to upgrade it with? I also have an intel i5 processor with 2,5 GHz and 4 gb if RAM, will i have to do anything about that? If you need any more info, please ask, thank you

Unfortunately, most laptops (including yours) don't have upgradeable GPUs. There's not much you can do.

Only cards that are packaged as MXM cards can be swapped with other cards (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mobile_PCI_Express_Module) . Most laptop manufacturers solder the gpu to the motherboard.
