Question Laptop has 2 GPUs but only one is actually working ?

my laptop is dell inspiron 15 5576 and it has 2 GPUs but only one of them is working.

1. AMD Radeon R7 Graphics
2. AMD Radeon(TM) RX 560 Graphics

I check the graphics options in Windows 11 and both of the options are the same GPU (Radeon R7 Graphics):

When i play games its looks like only the first GPU is working :

I put the power option on maximize performance:

and when i try do disable the first one it makes both of them disappear and when i open the AMD Radeon Software it said i dont have graphics card

This is my BIOS:

Please help me i dont know what else to do 🙏🙏🙏

Have you installed the latest AMD graphics drivers on your laptop? Given it's a Dell machine you may have to use the ones officially supplied by Dell rather than from the AMD website (although I would try the official AMD ones first as they will be more up to date)....

You mention Windows 11? I'm surprised you can run Windows 11 on such an old processor? It's possible there aren't compatible drivers available, this laptop would likely be better suited running Windows 10.

On the official drivers page for the Dell Inspiron 15 5576 it says:

"Dell does not support Windows 11 on your device ........................"

And if you click on "Find drivers" you'll see that Dell only offers Windows 10 64-bit drivers.
So this is almost certainly a driver issue (ie no Windows 11 driver for the Radeon RX 560).

its not,
i tried with windows 10 first and still doesnt worked,
after that i install windows 11 and it worked better for me but still doesnt make the RX 560 working

i had windows 10 before and it doesnt worked!
i dont have problem to install the windows 10 again and guide by you

Depending on how long Windows 11 has been installed, you may be able to revert to Windows 10 as described here:

As a precaution you should back up your data to a separate drive before proceeding with the downgrade.

i have previos ssd with windows 10 with all the drivers,
just a min and i will inset it back,

i have the windows 10,
all drivers are up to date!
and got the last update of windows 10,
and still got the problem.
i think the problem is on the bios,
its up to date but think need to do there something, i tried but nothing.

Here is a quick test you can do to see if the RX 560 actually works at all.... try plugging in an external monitor. That should connect directly to the dedicated card, whilst when using the laptop display the connection is always to the integrated even when using the dedicated gard.

Try running a game on the external screen and keep an eye on if the RX 560 is being used in task manager.

With regards to the Dell update I find the auto search doesn't always find all the correct drivers - Windows also has a bad habbit of auto installing drivers that might not work correctly with a branded laptop like this as Dell customise their drivers (which is also why the dedicated drivers direct from AMD won't install).

If you haven't installed that one I would try downloading and installing it, note you might need to go into device manager and remove all the video drivers Windows has installed for you before hand. The driver is from 2018, unfortunately Dell don't tend to bother updating the graphics drivers very often so compatibility with newer games is probably not going to be great. Hopefully getting that driver installed should get the dedicated card working again though.

i did all what you saying
pluged it to external monitor still run with R7 graphics
i reinstall the driver for many times.
i dont know what else to do,
now on GTA V i see he use the ram RX 560 have like it is shared ram
but not run it with RX 560 graphics card.
i lost all my hope for make it work
