Laptop has lost wireless network adapter

Recently my toshiba satellite laptop has begun to lose all capabilities for wifi. I've found that the intel(r) dual band wireless was saying code 10 the device does not exist. Now it has completely disappeared leaving my laptop with no possible internet connection. Please help, I know nothing about computers!!!

Try to reinstall the driver. Go to your laptop website and download the wifi driver and install it

I can't get on the website though or any website for that matter
