Question Laptop has no boot options, cant get past bios

I have a fairly new asus rog strix, was fine until I left it on all night, this morning it was off, turned it on and it goes straight to bios. Theres no boot options although I can see one of the 2 ssd hard drives under “storage”. Cant choose boot priority because nothing is listed there to choose from. If I click boot menu an empty pop up comes up with nothing but the option to click cancel. If i go into advanced and boot theres only an option to disable fast boot, if i go to security and secure boot the only option there is to disable secure boot.

I already opened it and reseated the 2 ssd nvme hard drives but that didnt help.

Thankyou, I spammed f12 and on another attempt f9 during boot up but it still goes straight to bios. Maybe this is normal if the hard drive with windows on it has died?
