Laptop has no options to reserve for Win10 Upgrade; Win7

I can't reserve an upgrade for a Asus K53T. Ran recovery and reinstalled everything. Still nothing.
Update: The laptop uses Windows 7.

Because that is actually a windows update. The following updates contains the upgrade option:
For Windows 7 SP1:

KB3035583

KB2952664

For Windows 8.1 Update:

KB3035583

KB2976978

Are your Windows updates current and you are running 8.1 or 7SP1?

I wouldn't worry though, you have a year and it is probably best to wait a bit to let all the bugs get ironed out before upgrading.

So yes as long as you have updated to Windows 7 SP1, just use Windows Updater and check the box next to recommended update KB3035583 and install it and the get windows 10 icon will show up.

It has sp1 still none, ill check if it has kb3035583 update

KB3035583 is a recommended update so it may require that you check the box next to it to get it, if you haven't selected to receive all important and all recommended updates.
