Laptop having GPU issues and more.

I don't know what is wrong with my laptop, it has been acting weird after smart error and I already took out that hdd and only use ssd. Problems like playing games for few minute and errors come up about GPU and sometimes the laptop freeze and can't be recover so i have to restart everytime it freeze. So please help me
