Laptop Hdd problem

Hello, my laptop is not working anymore.
I wanna say when I boot up i have on screen "Please install an os".
Ok so I put my usb stick, I boot from him and it hangs at "Setup is starting".
Then I go to repair my computer and cmd to clean and format this hard disk, and no becase he can't be formatted.
I think I have corrupted sectors or my hard drive just failed, but I don't hear that specific sound from him to to click.
Oh yea my laptop is HP Pavilion 15-cv007nq.
The specs are Cpu:i5-7300 2.5ghz Gpu: 1050 2gb Ram: 8gb ddr4 2400 Hdd: 1tb

It sounds like a dead hard drive, how old is the laptop? It might still be under warranty..

3 months old.
I tried to clean it in cmd with diskpart but it always said
DiskPart has encountered an error: The system cannot find the file specified.

Right now I managed to enter in the setup but it says "Windows cannot be installed on this disk.The selected disk has an MBR partition table.On EFI system, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks.
If I wanna try to convert GPT in cmd it giving me the same error like above this reply.
