Perhaps the following TinyURL link to Notebookcheck.net benchmarks will help you out. I selected some GPUs to help give you an idea of nVidia and AMD performance. Unfortunately, they have not tested the RX 560x so they can only rank it a bit close the GTX 1050 based on specs alone. Secondly, they do not even have any information about the Radeon 535, so I selected the Radeon 530 instead.

My guess is the Radeon 535 is definitely going to be a little less powerful than the 940m which means it is less powerful than the integrated RX Vega 8. NVidia's mainstream mx150 GPU is more powerful than the Vega 8 and I know it is in laptops as inexpensive as $600 (less if on sale). The Radeon RX 560x's performance is estimated to be in between the mx150 and the GTX 1050. The general consensus for now is that the GTX 1050 is currently considered to be the least powerful GPU to "qualify" as a gaming GPU. That will change next year when nVidia releases the GTX 20 series for laptops.
Searching thru Amazon.com, the least expensive laptop with the mx150 is the following Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G-53V6 for $550.

The least expensive laptop with the GTX 1050 is the following MSI GL62M 7RD-1407 for $640.

Keep in mind that cheapest is not always the best. But the above two laptops should help you figure out roughly how much money you should spend on a laptop for the performance it will provide.
