Question Laptop Hinge Split - Is this fixable? [Dell Inspiron 5577]

I called a local computer repair shop and they seemed unconfident in fixing it. What's your opinion? Should I try to get this fix? The computer runs just fine.

One of the hinge is missing. Do you have it?
edit: Nevermind I see the hinge. It's just the case popping out. Try to unplug the display and push in the popped out case.

Honestly, these are a nightmare to fix unless everything's literally in one piece and it's just snapping some stuff back together.

Your best bet is usually finding an identical non-working laptop and transplanting the cases.
