Laptop hits 90 degrees Celsius while playing G.T.A. V

So i bought this laptop 1 year ago (I'll link the specs down below) and the first thing after I installed my windows 10 64Bit was installing Gta V.
Everything worked well until after the 8th month, when I realised that a high temp. won't sustain my laptop's life. Although the important thing is that after 10 - 30 mins of playing in story mode I get Removed 98 degrees on core 3 and the other 3 cores temps like 94 and 92, 88. I know this ain't right but I clean my laptop from dust and bought the most expensive cooler I could...made no difference.
Games like Paladins or C.S. G.O give me the same struggle. I have to play all games on very low to be "playable", so I came here for a solution. What should I do?

Hey there...
About the high temperatures, it sadly does seem that this model does normally have very high temperatures and could overheat in hot conditions.
I don't think there is anything you can do other than shout at it and dunk it in a bucket of ice...

The high temperatures are causing GPU and CPU to throttle which explains why you have to turn the settings down further than you might expect.

Solutions to the problem:
1) Replace laptop with something that has better cooling
2) Limiting GPU and CPU performance to reduce temperature (via Windows settings and GPU software)
3) Disassembling and taking off the heatsink, then applying so good thermal paste
4) Seeing if Speedfan can be used to increase the fan speed further

You may have mixed results with speedfan, which seems to work far better on desktops than laptops in my experience. As for limiting performance - by reducing the clocks we are hoping that the voltages will be reduced, so less heat will be created...

that is something at least. I really apreciate your answer and I personalyy use frame limiter to 60 when i play everything.
But how to I do the: 2) point?
