Hello TH. My HP laptop model # HP 17-ca0014d will not boot up. Last week I got a message when I turned it on. BIOS has detected that the capacity of the internal battery has been reduced. Primary (internal) Battery (601). Other than that its been working fine. I decided to do a factory reset to factory settings. around 85% i get a message that the factory reset cannot be done. I've tried all the trouble shooting and looked on google and YouTube. I tried f11, f2 . I do not have the original boot dics that came with the laptop. Any help would-be great. THANKS
