Laptop Igpu question

So according to my system, this laptop has 2gbs of dedicated memory for my igpu to use and 2.9gbs of shared memory. My question is, do i actually have 4.9 gbs of memory for my gpu or is the dedicated memory just based off of the shared memory? I've looked at some performance charts through windows gaming or whatever its called and my laptop only ever uses 2gbs of the memory. If I do have 4.9 gbs, is there any way to make it to be able to use all of it?

nope. they are all system ram. if memory is available it will use as much as need
