I have a Razer Blade 15 2019 (RTX 2060, i7-8750H) and the battery was swollen so I had to take it out. Now I should leave my laptop plugged in when using it while I wait for my replacement battery to arrive.
I've had instances where my laptop just straight up turns off while playing a game. This started occurring after I removed the battery. So far, this happens only when playing games. It seems like my laptop loses power for a split second and since it no longer has its own battery to get power from, it just turns off. Is there any specific reason why this happens? It's gonna take a while for my battery to arrive so it'd be nice to fix this issue now.
I've tried removing any undervolting and yet it still happens.
