[SOLVED] Laptop Intel 9260 Wireless Card compatibility with toshiba r50-c

Hi just wanted to ask if I could swap out the intel dual band 3165 wireless card with the intel 9260 wireless card in my Toshiba R50-C part number PS566A-004001. I have spoken to intel and they told me speak to toshiba. I then spoke to toshiba who told me call an authorised repair center. The repair center has referred me back to Toshiba.
