I just bought a laptop which is new and its really slow, help?

are you sure you got the model right? that one came out on 2013, a low end laptop. It slow then, it slower now.

Not much you can do. return it and get a better one.

Wow. Slower than my old Toshiba Satellite from 2009, and it was nothing to write home about when I bought it.
