Laptop is screws are stripped

I have a old Toshiba satellite laptop, and I need to get to the motherboard to replace the GPU. But instead, I got the other screws out, but the 3 battery screws that are the last things to remove the top of the laptop off, were stuck.

I tried removing them with a power drill, but now the heads seem to be stripped, and now I can't remove them. Any way to get them out now?

Power drill is the last thing to be used in this situation.

Look for a screw extractor.
