Laptop keeps flashing HELP!

My Asus laptop won't show my username screen so I can't log in. All it shows is a blue blank screen as if it's loading the login screen but it keeps flashing please help!!

Hi,

First do a hard reset, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try to boot the laptop. If it won't load to your login screen still try to load it into Safe Mode.
- While the laptop is on the Asus splash screen repeatedly press on F8 until it shows Advanced Boot Options.
- Select Safe Mode and see if it would load to the login screen all the way to the desktop screen.
- If it does load normally into Safe Mode, disable all you startup items first.
- Open Task Manager and go to Startup tab. Disable all the startup item and reboot your laptop.
- If these steps will not work I would suggest on running a complete factory reset.
