Laptop keeps rebooting

My ancient Acer aspire 5735(C2Duo 4gb ram)does not boot windows 10 anymore.I tried memtest86+ but no error were shown.Strangely Kali Linux works fine and boots up.(although Ubuntu does not boot also)

Sounds like general hardware failure, if Ubuntu livedisk doesn't work, something's really wrong. You can replace the laptop with something equivalent for ~500 bucks (Surface 3 or similar), so you should consider that as your primary option.
