[SOLVED] LAPTOP keeps shutting down by itself.

So I have this 3 years old laptop, I tried researching about the problem but I'm not sure if it could be a Power problem? (Charging indicator light lights up), Faulty Windows 10 Update, or a Virus? (My dad uses my laptop to watch movies. He might have clicked into something awful). Any opinions for what could have caused the problem? Suggestions and Fixes. I don't want to reformat my laptop again 🙁.
Update: It Booted for a while and I got into the desktop. After 3 mins it shutdown unexpectedly and started doing that loop again.
Update 2: Started reformatting however, the laptop shuts down while I was navigating in the booted flash drive to install windows.

Make sure your CPU fan is working fine. Your laptop is not heating up too high if it heats up too high, then your computer shuts down automatically. To diagnose this, try "Core Temp" app, it will help you for sure.

Thank you! I also suspect maybe i dont have enough thermal paste since its been 3years?
