Question laptop keyboard issue with touchpads driver

dell laptops keyboard issue with touchpads driver, touchpad sometimes stop cursor stops moving unless i press any keys on keyboard
when i unis. the default touchpad driver no problem happens (but i lose my cursors smoothness)
when i install the driver again the same prob happens unless i press any keyboard buttons or take out the keyboard and leave it disconnected

i already took the laptop in two stores but they couldnt fix it

i use my models latest touchpad driver from the dell official page, there is no old ver. of my touchpads driver
