laptop keyboard makes sounds while playing game only

New Asus ROG G752VY-DH72 Windows 10 keyboard is silent most the time, but when playing a game or when a game is running but typing outside of game each keystroke makes a noise. Looked at all the typical settings for the keyboard and didn't find anything that would help. Any suggestions to get rid of the sounds would be appreciated. We tried a couple of games so it isn't game specific.

Noise? As in electrical noise or the clicking is louder? If it's just the latter, it's probably just thermal expansion causing the keys to slap around harder.

Sounds a bit like when striking the keys on a typewriter but not so loud. It is a sound that comes out through the speakers indicating a key has been struck. Only happens while a game is loaded though and the keyboard settings are set so there should be no sound.
