So, i wanted to reinstall my Windows 7 Home Premium on my lapotop, which i did without problem (clean install).
But the problem was that when i booted into Windows 7, i first tried to open Internet Explorer, but it tookk about 30 secs to open it, so i tought "WTH? Why are you so slow?"

So i ran the Windows Experience Index, and i had 1.0 on both of the graphics indexes.
Now im so confused, this computer ran with Windows 7 Home Prem just perfectly before :/

Any solutions?

CPU: AMD E-450 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.65 GHz

RAM: DDR3 4GB

I checked the device manager and the only thing that had the yellow warning thingy was the networking device, and windows can't find an update for it.
But i don't think that updating the network driver will help.

I also tried updating the processor drivers, an update was found, but it was only somekind of security update for x64 CPU's :/

Try opening a game Chess (perhaps already present on Win7 HP). If it says something like "Hardware acceleration disabled" then you should install the graphics drivers. Download the drivers from amd.com.
