Question Laptop Limited Temperature

Hey! I have HP Pavilion Laptop which is locked for charging temperature to 50 degrees and not more, when it reaches 50 degrees, pc start to decreasing it's power and games fps start to drop drastically it didn't find any way how to increase that to at least 60, because usually when I play games its stand near 57~ and it work perfectly when on battery, but when i start to charge my pc it limits to 50, tried to use TS, removing battery but nothing helps it still the same 50, how can I change and where? Bios is limited

Hi,

if the bios is fixed you'll get very limited, maybe if there is a newer bios for the laptop you could try and see if they made changes to it.
If an Intel cpu could you try XTU and see if you can make changes that way.

Yeah... Hp bios is very limited, tried to update it but still the same, and XTU doesn't not work because it's not compatible somehow, i do have i5 7200u

Sorry to say, but think you're out of luck then.

One thing more, you could google for older versions of XTU,see if that will be compatibel, is all i can say.
