Question laptop making high pitch noise when turned on wont boot

One day I ended up checking the listen to on this device option in setting and it immediately started making a high pitch constant screech from the speakers I shut it off because it wouldnt stop but when I try to turn it on again the noise starts back up and it wont boot it just remains a black screen with the loading signal where the pointer is. It wont go past that or stop screeching. Please help I have no idea what I can do.

Try booting in safe mode (F8 when it starts). Past that, since it happened after you changed a Windows option it does not seem like it's a motherboard issue, that noise may just be feedback from the audio you caused when you checked that options. You may need someone that knows about computers to get into the system and reset the option or maybe even do a clean setup of Windows if it won't load at all.
