Laptop memory 30gb full but with what?

Hello,
I have an acer aspire 5630 with 2 hard drives, C and D. My C drive is full 30GB but I can't find what with. My biggest use is for music but thats only 2GB. anyone help?

Hi,
You may need to turn on 'Show hidden files and folders' (from Windows Explorer, select Tools then Folder Options. Under the View tab, Hidden Files and Folders select Show Hidden Files and Folders.) Also remove the ticj from Hide protected system files.
In the root directory look for file called hiberfil.sys. Delete any files you find. These are the files created when the laptop goes into hibernation mode, and can take up alot of disk space.
You may also want to run the disk cleanup wizard (Start button, All Programs, Accessories, System tools, Disk cleanup.) This will delete a lareg number of temp files.
Another idea is to empty the temp cache from your Internet browser.
