Can anybody tell me whether I can change HP Pavilion G6- 1318ax laptop motherboard.
Please suggest where I can find its motherboard on cheaper price.

Yes ... easy to change. I maintain a few very similar laptops ... I would suggest upgrading the processor at the same time. There's a quad core A8 3530mx on ebay right now for $49. That's not a bad price. Don't worry about it being 45w ... if you thoroughly clean your cooling system you'll be ok.
