Question Laptop motherboard

Hey everyone. My 10 year old toshiba satellite A300 1TM system unit. model no. PSAGCE-08X00DGE has a problem. After i changed the fan screen stopped working. Everything works, laptop opens, the cooling fan works, lights open except the screen. Screen doesnt show anything. I went to some pc experts and they told me the problem is on the motherboard. But they couldnt fix it. So i want to buy a motherboard but i dont know which number in the motherboard is the one i need to check so i dont buy the wrong one. I will upload some pictures so maybe you can guide me.

1. I would check the display panel cable, properly inserted etc.
2. Just eBay laptop model#, there is a specific model#. For example, my MacBook model is A1320, and when I Google it tells me all specs + sold in the United States etc, can't get more specific than that.
