laptop mouse freeze

as the title says the mouse pad keeps freezing how the hell do i fix this i have a HP Pavilion 17-e108nr Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Hello, Can you possibly shed more light on the situation?
Does the unit freeze entirely or just the mouse?

It's freezing only when you are using mousepad?[/quotem
it works normal if i restart but it will then start to freeze forcing me to use a usb mouse

1] Have you tried to renable the Touch Pad using the Fn Keys?
2] I would try and uninstall and download drivers for your touch pad.
3] Also check event viewer in computer management, see if anything is going awry when your touch pad malfunctions.
4] If that doesnt work check the connection to the board to make sure its not misaligned.

i have done the first one it did not work.ill try the other 2
