Hello, I have a laptop MSI ge92 6qd use for gaming, but the temps of the CPU are jumping from 70c to 92c when gaming, and the gpu jump from 75c to 91c, this when I have the intel speedstep, my question is, this temps are safe or its better to have the intel speedstep inactive? Thanks.

Leave speedstep on. It's pretty normal for laptops to reach thermal throttling limits. CPU/GPU frequencies will reduce/throttle as needed to keep temps just below the max safe temp.

You could try re-applying thermal paste to the CPU & GPU if you're comfortable with that sort of thing.
