Hey, guys.
So I bought this budget laptop for weekeng trips, movies, some office apps, etc. Nothing special. Everything worked fine, but after a couple of weeks the laptop turns on, but I can't see anything on the screen. It stays on all day if I let it, but nothing happens. No second monitor was ever attached, so I have no idea. I tried plugging in a USB stick to reinstall Windows, but without nothing to see, I have no chance. Any ideas?

I wouldn't advise attempting to reinstall windows with only 32GB of eMMC, it's not going to be a straight forward easy task. 😕

Fn+ F5 or F6 should turn your display back on provided you turned if off my mistake otherwise, you should test it with an Alternate like a TV from the HDMI. Sometimes you have to connect an alt display to get them to pick up the main again, it's an odd quirk that comes up with these lower-end mobile chips.
