Laptop needed: New Celeron N4100 VS Old Latitude E6510. (I am low on cash)

So these are the two that fall in my price range. However, i am confused whether to go for new Celeron or old dell latitude 620m i7 .
I mainly do blog posts, ms word, reading articles and some light Photoshop.

I am running Ubuntu on my Acer Aspire 1 and it works better than pre-installed Windows 10 S! If you want laptop for basic computing then Acer Aspire 1 with any lightweight linux distro would be awesome.

Best used systems are Lenovo T or W models. If you are doing Photoshop look for a W510 or W520 model with a solid state drive. Or get one and replace the drive with a solid state.
Lenovo T440 or 450 also should be about your price range, especially if you look for local stuff like craigslist. I have been seeing a lot of T440 systems under $200.
