Hi guys right now I am looking at the Lenovo Ideapad Z710 the link is below:

http://shop.lenovo.com/gb/en/laptops/lenovo/z-series/z710/

What I am struggling to find is the Network Card speed of the laptop because it is not stated please help. When I look at the Network Card section it only says "Lenovo BGN Wireless" but does not state the speed. I want the speed in Megabits per second?

Solution
Look at any laptop wifi specs, rarely will you see such info because it's unnecessary & largely meaningless except as a guide to the theoretical maximum speeds achievable.

All wifi adapters comply with the following established and universal wifi protocols:

802.11b: rarely used now so I haven't even bothered to look up the speed.

802.11g: theoretically 54 Mbps max.

802.11n: theoretically 300 Mbps max

Actual speed in practice can (and usually is) lower than that (often considerably lower) owing to a whole range of external factors.

Don't confuse any of the above with broadband speed - - that's an entirely separate thing.
