Laptop not able to connect to new router (d-link DSL-2730U)

Hi,

We just got a new router installed (d-link DSL-2730U) and its connecting to most of the devices at my place except my friend's laptop, whereas the same laptop is able to connect to other networks. Also, the laptop is able to connect to internet via an Ethernet cable. After googling, I've tried to change the wireless channel, but that did not work either. Any help will be immensely appreciated!!!

What kind of encryption do you have on the wireless network?
Your friends laptop may not support the level of encryption you are using.

I got the same Issue and then I set Group Key to 0. It started working. But after two days same problem persisted.... Looking for solution now.
