Hi,
I have just split my Hard disk into 2 partitions and formated it, with
the whole disk being in the FAT32 format. I installed Windows XP Pro on
one which was not a problem and started up ok, and then I installed
Windows Millenium to the other partition which seemed to install ok on
the Setup, then I had to reboot the computer, and then the screen is
just blank at startup.
When the power is turned on it flashes quickly in the bottom right
corner, no text, just white light, then nothing.
I put the Windows XP disk in in the hope it would boot it but it did
not.
The floppy Disk drive is not read now,
and the machine does not seem to boot. Nothing appears on the screen.
The fan and mechanical sounds on the computer seem ok.
I have left it for a while and then tried it again but still does not
work.
Im guessing it is something to do with a conflict on the Hard disk but
am not sure how to fix it.
Any ideas?
Thanks alot.
James.
